Perfect. Just the experience they need. I like to see ways to illustrate what we all depend on to create connections that promote awareness.
In modern societies, cars are crucial. Mechanics is crucial. So are motive technologies, aesthetics, machines that work repeatably, and experimentation with those machines to see what works/fails. I like it when I see those things reinforced.

I have tracks, just lack the time to set them up and play with them. Oh and a lack of A sized batteries, or whichever ones the Superchargers used again.

My oldest is 3, next year there will be tracks, my wife even suggested it,
" With all these cars why don't we get some tracks"

Oh yeah, "some assembly may be required." What's not clear at this point in time, is that they watched you do it, or saw the result. That's going to stick (and may require more repetitions.) Trust me (father of 21, 17 and 11.)

I know, I held a little instructional class, and walked them through the various ins and outs of track building.
Can't wait to see them test their own designs by trial and error to see what works and what doesn't.
